What's your return policy?
We're confident you'll love your Morph. That's why every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If your Morph or Morph accessories doesn’t work out for you for any reason, you're completely covered. No restocking fees and no hassles. Details below:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received an item to request a return.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (see section below).
- Only items purchased directly from Sensel can be returned to Sensel. Sensel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. For customers in Europe, you can ship returns to our warehouse in Rotterdam.
- If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee, as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners.
- We cannot accept returns on software purchases. If you purchased a Morph plus software bundle, and choose to return it, we can only refund the value of the Morph hardware portion of the bundle.
If you wish to start a return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a support ticket here. Include the email address you used to place your order or your order number.
- We will respond with an RMA number and instructions for how to complete your return.
- You will have two weeks to ship your return after receiving your RMA number. If it has not shipped within two weeks, and your 30 day return window is over, we will not accept or refund the return.

At Sensel, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%.
In the unlikely event that you aren’t blown away by the quality of your Morph or Morph accessories, or you happen to encounter a manufacturing defect, let us know within 2 years and we’ll exchange your product, free of charge.
Just reach out to our customer success team at email@example.com and let us know what you’re experiencing so we can make it right. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased.
